GP practice unfortunately not very helpful. Called up yesterday morning and said it was emergency I could not see a Dr for 2 weeks, Nurse was meant to call me, she could not even call me back that day got a text saying would call me 4 days later on Friday at 3pm due to short staff. Then called 111 absolutely amazing - very professional spoke to 3 operators all within 45 mins ultimately scaling up to a Dr. Help of conversations and photos, diagnosis made of a recurring illness that causes severe pain. 30 mins later medication at pharmacy, my wife picked up. First sleep in 4 days and on the mend this morning. Sadly not the first time my family has had very poor patient service from here - the last time could have been fatal if not for the fabulous care of Firmly children's A & E.

I have very recently joined this practice. And I cannot speak more highly of the service I have received from all the staff. It is a warm and welcoming place and extremely efficient. Unfortunately since I joined I have been embarrassed to have a whole string of medical problems. I have been so impressed with the service and care I have received. I have no regrets about changing to this practice, my only regret, that I didn't do it earlier. They certainly deserve their 5 stars and no I am not related to anyone!

It’s rare to be able to see anyone face to face in the surgery these days, so I was very grateful to the kind nurse practitioner who helped me.

I managed to see a person same day and was left feeling very reassured and steps in place to continue treatment. I even had a follow up call the next day with more information. I did not feel rushed in the appointment. I cannot fault the service I recently received and would highly recommend this practice. I feel very lucky.

I have always considered myself to be very lucky to be a patient at this surgery. This was once again proven today where the care I have received was as usual first class. I had the need to phone this morning as I was anxious about a couple of areas of my skin and felt someone should really take a look. From my initial call I was immediately phoned back by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner and without any hesitation I was invited to a face to face appointment at 10-30am. After a thorough and helpful check my mind was immediately put at rest but more than that a full explanation of everything was provided in a kind but professional way. Fantastic first class service today as ever!!

I have had the pleasure to have an appointment with their new advanced nurse practitioner. What a brilliant service I received. I called on the day was offered face to face appointment (rare these days) on the same day and met a wonderful nurse. She was kind, caring, and direct which was a breath of fresh air. She was able to prescribe medication also. Highly trained, lovely new nurse practitioner. I hope I will get to see her again Thank you Holly Tree, best thing you have done to get a senior practitioner on board.
