   I'd like to compliment the practice staff on making every contact I have with the surgery a pleasant one. The staff on reception and answering the phone are always faultlessly polite, helpful and cheerful. The care I receive is always excellent and I never have to wait long to be seen or for someone to answer the phones. I hear many bad news stories about other GP practices, but my experience of The Hollybush and St Vincent's is always a positive one. Well done and thank you.
