This practice has gone down hill majorly. I’ve waited over a week for my prescription to be sent to my nominated pharmacy, all while patient access is saying it’s been sent (pharmacy confirmed nothing has been sent to them) This has now happened multiple times in the last few months and I’m now looking for a new service.

Booking an Appointment is almost impossible. Also, to get a prescription sent to your nominated Pharmacy online takes an Age (over 24 hours after having a telephone consultation with a Doctor who assures you that he will send it immediately but doesnt). Maybe they should concentrate on their existing Patients before taking on any new ones as they are not giving them the medical service they are entitled to. Have been registered with them for over 10 years but I'm seriously considering going elsewhere.

I booked my son in for a blood test, turned up for the appointment and apparently the appointment hadn't been booked although it was the GP that booked it. He still managed to have his blood test, however when I hadn't had any results 3 weeks later, I called the practice. I was told there was no record of any blood test having been performed, and the receptionist made me feel as though she thought I was lying. My son has been fainting at school so the test was quite important. He now needs to book another blood test, and go through the whole process again.
