I just rang to chase my results for a heart monitor. I tried to explain the situation that i have been told the results have gone back to them as they initiated the referral, I have changed doctors in the time frame they initiate a referral( For this reason, staff have been continuously rude ) i asked her not to raise her voice and could i speak and explain, so she said i quote "oh i'm hanging up on you as your not even a patient here" This is beyond rude.

Waiting for over an hour on appointment phone line only to be told there are no appointments left, total waste of time, why not cut off the phone lines to tell patients there are no appointments left instead of leaving people on the phone line for long periods of time.
