    Thank you everyone for helping my unwell child recently. She deteriorated in the afternoon and I was offered a face to face appointment a few hours later. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

    I have had to contact the Practice twice in the last 2 weeks for bothmyself and my elderly mother. Despite not being urgent the doctor visited mother just hours after I left the request and was thorough, professional and pleasant

    I attended for booster jabs (flu and Covid) at the weekend. The staff and volunteers were helpful and everything went according to plan. I was impressed with the speed at which I was seen even though I had arrived early.

    Had an appointment to see the practice nurse. I was really happy with the way they handled my case. However, my overall experience was marred by the reception team who are unfriendly and unwelcoming.

    Well organised flu and covid vaccine. Would like more flexibility to have separate flu and covid on different days after adverse reactions after having both in previous years. However, only one day is offered on booking and I can’t travel to get other jab on a different day. I would like the option to book each vaccination separately. The queue was managed efficiently and in a friendly way. Offer of ‘going in together’ was not an issue for me, but I wonder about those people who feel they don’t get a chance to speak privately if they need to if, for example, they’re in a controlling relationship.

    I was really surprised to see the queue for Covid and flu vaccinations at 9.00am but the practice had organised it all very well. It went like clockwork. Many thanks to all the staff involved.

    Very efficient experience of receiving both Covid and Flu vaccinations. Doors opened on time and there was help for those people needing it. The staff were pleasant and friendly. It worked like clockwork. My only concern is the queuing up outside at 8.30am when there were a lot of elderly people waiting. I hope this would not be the case if it was raining heavily. I do understand why people need to be there in a queue so there is a continuous stream and no time is wasted. Well done The Hollies. I am pleased to be a patient here.

    Was booked in for my flu vaccine yesterday morning and on arrival was told I was eligible for, and could have, a covid vaccine too. The surgery was very busy but the staff were very helpful, lovely in their responses to queries, and the organisation of the system worked like clockwork - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
