Tried to phone to get an appointment started trying just before 8 am could not get through for 40 minutes then get told no appointment until mid April. If I want an appointment sooner will have to come to the surgery as soon as it opens 2 day later and I may then get an appointment.this really is not good enough

Having been unwell for several days,I made an emergency appointment with the help of a very pleasant receptionist,was seen by a very pleasant & understanding doctor given a prescription -was home in a short time.Medication effective within 36 hours.Good teamwork!

Such great service from the surgery. After completing an e consult had a phone call within an hour and prescription sent to pharmacy. Saved me a visit to the surgery and allowed someone else to have an appointment face to face that needed it more than I did. Doctor was compassionate and understanding. Great service during the busy festive season.

I have been registered there for over five years and found that things work well. I use the E-Consult service and this works well.

The best I was so lucky that I was at this surgery they went to great trouble to solve everything I must say they went beyond the call of duty to help me with all my medical problems

The staff alway make an effort to accommodate times and dates. Nothing bad to say. Doctors always remember my history and nurses are friendly.

Really lovely staff here, as with many practices sometimes there is a wait for appointments and sometimes running a little over but its always treated with understanding and as much effort to get you in as possible which is greatly appreciated! I’ve been here for years and don’t think I’ve ever had any genuine issues or worries about my care and certainly nothing that has not been rectified quickly

The level of professionalism and Customer Service at Holdenhurst Road Surgery in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, is second to none. It's an extremely busy place, but all staff work tirelessly providing the best service possible.
