    First appointment as a new patient and have been so impressed with the whole process from the extremely helpful and friendly interaction with the reception staff to the appointment itself with a Doctor who gave me time to discuss things thoroughly and who had obviously read through my notes beforehand. It was a so nice to talk with a Doctor who was not looking at a screen but looking you in the eye and genuinely engaging with you. I came away feeling that my health and ongoing treatment were in safe and caring hands. Thank you Hillview

    My experience of the service from doctors has been excellent, however the approach of the reception team is consistently awful. Whatever the query or process, it is never straightforward and you are often told things that are contradictory to instruction from other NHS departments / workers. Never with a smile or helpful attitude, and have been known to cut you off on the phone midway through a conversation! If there was another GP practice nearby, I would consider that, rather then experience the trauma of contacting Hillview front desk. Once you do get to see a doctor, my experience has been great. However the front-facing staff need to be better trained and approachable.

    The doctor i saw diagnosed me quickly. Offered advise and a remedy which was effective within 2 days. Changed my life. Now without constant pain. Thankyou
