I am pregnant and I needed my thyroid hormone doses adjusted. I kept phoning the practice and I explained the situation to many different receptionists but they kept ignoring it. I insisted on having to speak to a GP. When the GP finally phoned me he was surprised to hear I'm pregnant as he didn't get that information! All the time I was right, I needed my doses to be adjusted but the receptionists didn't listen.
