I did an e consult I was informed someone would be in touch with me by the end of the next day so the next day I get a text to say something like this my e consult was reviewed some one will be in touch with me in 9 days by the end of thst day I’m shocked to wait 9 days it’s been a long time since I did an e consult passed experiences iv spoken to a dr within three days the above to wait 9 days is a big diffrance things must of changed since I did my last e consult I did try previously to ring gir an appt only to be told no appts with a dr why don’t u ring bak or do e consult previous to this the practice rang me to tell me th dr would like to speak to you but there’s no appts do you will have to ring us back to make an appt another day so practice rings me to tell me to make an appt with dr as they want to talk to me it feels well to be honest I’m completely bewildered and disappointed in the whole experiance so far and to be honest I’m also very concerned things are this in my eyes this bad it I jyst can’t find the words to say how disappointed I am

Saw nurse for ecg and blood test, on duty Dr came and checked it over and helped me with another problem I have, very good service today but that's because I saw the clinicians and not a phone appointment as the other problem I had wasn't checked out visually 2 weeks ago and therefore I didn't receive the correct treatment until today

I contacted the surgery re a health concern and was seen by a GP that morning, I received excellent service and advice by both GPs I came into contact with.

This morning at 0810 I went into the practice to make a telephone appointment where the receptionist was polite, pleasant and efficient. All of the above are consistently polite,pleasant,courteous,helpful and efficient. This has been my experience over the past 3 years. It is a sad reflection of modern society that some patients are impolite, discourteous and often rude and abusive to them. In the modern world being such is commonplace and there is never any excuse especially when staff are there to help. Many years ago medical receptionists were notorious for being very difficult but this is certainly not so here. Hillside Practice staff are exemplary and should be recognised as such. As regards the GPs, I've just had a good telephone appointment with one of them who was very efficient, listened and understood my symptoms and was patient,kind, caring and reassuring. I respect everybody 💯.

Just feeling like I wasn’t fully listened to I only contact dr wen needed today I feel even though tried to fully explain my issuse still told to wait longer go back if get worse or if it doesn’t go away yet already explained it’s reacuring illness To me it’s just a delay in treatment

Went in about janurary with a prescription to put in from James Cook Hospital went to get a repeat of it today and they have given me absolutley nothing on from the new perscription this is shocking as i am diabetic and need this to live. It takes too long to even get through to the reception and when you do get through your more likely to get cut off than get to anyone to complain

In the hope of resolving my issue before the weekend, I submitted an e consult request at 07:23 Thursday morning. I received an email reply late on Thursday afternoon saying I would get a response by 18:30 Friday. Today, Friday I have waited and waited. I received no response by 18:30 on the a mere 35 hours after the request. No courtesy call, no response at all other than the confirmation. The practice closed at 18:00. How poor a service can they provide? A very poor one by my experience. It more than matches their daily 8 am phone debacle. I have tried to do this the practices preferred way, as they certainly give the impression that they don’t want patients in the surgery unless absolutely necessary, and the service received from them is far from satisfactory. Desultory is a fitting word for Hillside Practice, amateur another. What do you have to do to get a satisfactory experience from this practice?
