I sent an online request for my son and was called soon after with an appointment to see one of the GPs . He was extremely kind in the consultation, his manor with my son was lovely. Being a doctor myself, the professional courtesy in taking the time to check in with me as a working twin mum who was also unwell and exhausted was really appreciated. Many thanks.

The receptionist team are always happy to help and they answer the phones quickly. My son, had an appointment with the doctor this morning for 1 concern but with another concern that came overnight the receptionist and clinical team said I can have 2 appointments to get both concerns addressed at the same time instead of coming back another time especially with a baby

The Practice manager has been helpful in resolving a communication issue when my son was unwell and helped get him seen urgently. The doctor was great and attentive and provided the appropriate treatment. Thank you so much for your help and for listening!

I want to book a follow up appointment and they said unless I'm elderly I'd have to login via patches to get an appointment. What's happened to just walking in the surgery to book an appointment for 2 weeks time no matter what age you are. Sad times for the GP Surgery

I have only recently joined this GP surgery. Such a big improvement from my last GP. The staff here are caring and helpful. Even though it must have been quite busy, they listened to me and was able to help me right away without me having to call back or chase them up. Well done to them and hope they continue to provide the same level of patient care and concern. Personally, I found the Patchs system was very useful to request appointment with the GP which saved me having to call at 8am and managed to an appointment the same day. Well done guys!
