Really poor service- I’ve had such a difficult time with this surgery, the staff act As if they are teenagers, they are really rude, cannot give 1 appointment on the day, it’s just ridiculous and they are very rigid about this! Have been for years, they have never changed either, and way too make an appointment, it’s always so hard and distressing when your ill

Im sorry that you feel that the reception staff are not helpful. As you will be aware they work under the guidance of the GP. We use on the day appointments for clinically urgent patients and the GP triages who they feel to be the most clinically urgent. Our appointment system has recently changed to provide more options for patients, which includes making appointments on line.
