Not a lover of the lack of the way this practice wastes time triaging and in turn minimising the quality of patient care. Not a fan of this type of treatment of patients.. the staff at this practice appear unnecessarily rude showing clear contempt for its patients. Does not fill me with confidence that the GPs are professional and caring enough to meet patients needs. I required an appointment for an extremely ill family member and was made to wait hours for accurate call back! I could not just get an appointment!!

Dear patient Thank you for your comments, which I'm sorry to read you felt wasn't positive. All Reception staff are trained as Care Navigators to ensure that patients are directed to the right service, first time. It's a shame that you feel you don't have confidence in the practice as all of the staff work hard to provide a good service to our patients. If you are able, you can submit a request online which is available for all patients to help reduce the demand on the telephones.
