The Covid/flu jabs were done in a timely manner. My mum is disabled so they went out to the car to do hers, myself and my dad went inside for ours and were called in straight away. The team were friendly and helpful.

Received both my Flu and Covid jabs today. A good system was in place to filter the patients manned by warm, friendly, reassuring volunteers and staff from start to finish. Again, as with most visits to this surgery, my experience was a positive and pleasant one. Well done.

Speedy efficient and well run for the Covid/flu vaccinations; such a shame it is so hard to get a reasonable appointment time or actually see a doctor face to face where has it all gone so wrong at Hightown over the last 3-4 years?

I am always listened to and shown kindness and respect , my voice is heard .I know I will always be seen face to face if required . All staff at Hightown Surgery demonstrate empathy and understanding .

We had our jabs on Saturday. The staff were pleasant and courteous and extremely efficient. This was a good experience and we are grateful to all involved.

When trying to make an appointment, the phone lines are painfully slow. They are understandably very busy but the efficiency & speed of the reception team is seriously lacking. I have observed this at the front desk also. When you do manage to get through they are polite & nice enough but robotic, no use of discretion or common sense relating to patient-specific problems, just the same scripted answers. I have been trying to make an appointment for my young baby & there has been zero basic common sense used, even after I have described the issue. I have worked in healthcare reception & admin myself for many years & find their service & lack of knowledge quite baffling. Not sure if it's a lack of experience or confidence but the phones & triage service needs serious attention & is not fit for a practice of this size. It just isn't efficient or effective at all. On seeing a doctor, I was very pleased with the consultation & treatment and found the doctor to be professional & kind. One nurse is also absolutely lovely, the other is not great with babies which is unfortunate for someone administering childhood vaccinations.

Extremely well run vaccine clinic volunteers and staff were very helpful kind and efficient! parking was also no problem
