   Rigging the phone at 11am and it’s gone past 12.30 still can’t get through. An absolute joke of a service, do yourself and your family a favour go elsewhere these guys have severe staffing issues, they should be closed down. An hour and a half still no answer, a joke.

It would be helpful if you can contact the Practice team directly so that we can follow up and investigate your concerns on 0115 9423216/email info@highgreenmedicalpractice.co.uk. The Practice phonelines can be busy on a Monday so the Practice does offer to all patients online access via AskmyGP until 12.30pm that are responded to daily, local community pharmacy are able to offer advise/medication and 111 for further medical advise.
