Recently suffered with a flare up of my eczema, and I was contacted by a Dr 0sman. Dr 0sman was extremely thorough, he made me feel at ease and gave me an opportunity to speak about my concerns, I really feel like Dr 0sman was working with me to find a solution to my problem, it was a pleasure to speak to him today. A credit to the practice

I was able to have a private chat with an admin lady and she sorted a problem I'd been having with two hospitals since October 2023 within hours of our chat. Although I phoned them a few times they were always passing the buck and I was getting nowhere with my deteriorating health. By the time I arrived home she'd phoned me to tell me what she had done, then just after, the hospital phoned me with an appointment date. Thank you for your help.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the fantastic nurse and health care assistant team who work extremely hard to make sure their patients get the best care, they have always made sure I am well looked after and my reviews are done so I can get my medication when needed. It's always a pleasure to see their smiling faces at the surgery. Thank you all
