    This is long overdue. Over the past few years I have consistently received excellent care. In the main, I have mostly attended with relatively minor matters and have been well cared for - which I considered pretty good considering the complexities caused by covid. However, more recently, I had a brush with cancer and was stunned by the amazing service. Everyone I came across - receptionists, nurses, medics and doctors - were sensitive, empathatic, efficient and on the ball. After my operation, out of the blue, one of the doctors rang to ask me how I was feeling! They are a wonderful team that provide and excellent service - and I am beyond grateful.

    I was concerned about my mother in law and phoned the surgery,the following day a nurse came in and checked her health and wellbeing, I can't say enough about the brilliant service from highbridge medical centre, thank you all so much it was really appreciated and keep up the good work.

    I am leaving this review due to the disappointment and frustration regarding the quality of service you provide at Highbridge medical centre. The level of rudeness displayed by your staff is absolutely unacceptable. It is shocking that the very people who are supposed to assist and guide patients in their time of need exhibit such a lack of empathy and professionalism. Their dismissive and condescending attitude has left me feeling demeaned and disheartened. Furthermore, the unhelpfulness of your receptionists and call handlers is beyond belief. I have never encountered individuals so unwilling to provide basic information or assist in any way. It is clear that the concept of patient care is utterly lost on them. Their inability to provide even the simplest guidance has resulted in a waste of my time and energy. Equally problematic is the inconsistency and lack of coordination among your staff. I have received conflicting information from different individuals, leaving me totally confused and uncertain about the proper course of action. In this age of advanced technology and connectivity, it is unacceptable that your clinic cannot manage its communication effectively. Waiting on hold for extended periods, only to be met with a curt response or nothing helpful, is a frustrating experience. It is evident that there is a dire need for retraining, better management, and a renewed commitment to patient care among your staff (Doctors and nurses excluded) It baffles me that on entering the clinic you are openly advertising for new patients when you clearly cannot look after the ones you have. Obviously this must be a financial incentive as otherwise you would have closed your books. I will not hesitate to share my negative experiences with friends, family, and the local community. I advise anyone looking to register to not bother registering here. CS
