    I got sick at Christmas just a regular cold, but after 2 months the coughing kept getting worse not better. Tried everything over the counter, nothing helped. Call the surgery, told no appointments, call back tomorrow at 8am. Call back at 8am, sit on hold for 2 hours, they finally answer, no appointments. Can’t make an appointment for tomorrow, or next week, or next month, only same day. I go in the next Monday, I am 3rd person in line. Receptionist comes out when they open, tells everyone there is a computer problem, so go home and they will call. I wait all day, no call. I have to miss work to wait, since I am not allowed phone calls at work. Go in the next day, first person in line, in line from 7am. They open, no appointments, how the heck is that possible when they only do same day appointments. Finally told I can see the nurse. I figure sure. Nurse sees me and misdiagnoses what I have, because she wouldn’t listen to what I was telling her. Ended up in A&E a week later. I have been registered with this surgery for 6 years and have never been seen by the doctor. I’m beginning to doubt he exists. Fair warning once you register here no other surgery in the area will let you register regardless of the what the NHS website says.

    Cnt fault the receptionist. But pity I cnt say the same for the doctors had cause to ask for a repeat prescription for pain relief. Only to be told I did not need them .trying to work out how this doctor can make this assumption. having never ever met me .maybe he's a mind reader .and he knows the amount of pain iam in. Who knows. Very very disappointed. Wish I had not registered at this practice. As I said reception staff and nurses are absolutely brilliant. Xx

    No point in ringing for apptment as they don't answer so now every morning there is a queue of about 10 people by 8am. They still won't give you an appntment - all you get is 'The doctor will ring you to discuss'. When the phone rang 2 hours later I missed the call so rang back to be told I'd been crossed off and anyway there's no appntmnts left today (!!!) 'try again on Monday'. Something fundamentally wrong with this surgery. Utterly useless.

    been on the phone waiting for over 1 and half hours, was number 17 at 8am and am number 3 at 9.31 am ? can't understand why it takes so long to get answered, when I attended the surgery last week was abruptly told you have to call even though only want advise on what medication to take? internet service still not working and waiting room always empty? when will it ever improve?

    Terrible - no appointments for adults or children. Call at 8 am (school run time), attended in person to be added to a call list. No time given as to when to expect a call. As I work the call was missed, the message told me to ring back. The Dr would take the call and I have to start again tomorrow. Staff rude and argumentative. If you have a choice register elsewhere!!! Words are not enough for what a shambles this practice is!!

    long waiting times on telephone for appointments, to be told there's no appointments, when you finally get an appointment the waiting room is empty, website is broken and not working. been trying to transfer from this GP for a while but other local GP's only take new to the area. very disappointed as this has been our family doctors for generations.

    Cannot get through to book or talk to surgery on phone. I went to the surgery in person and asked for a routine 3 monthly jab which is due next week. I was told that I would have to go back there on Monday as the diary has not been made up yet. I also enquired about a referral letter I have been expecting from the since 30 August 22 after my optician hand delivered a letter to the doctor. The receptionist agreed that it had been received by the surgery but nothing had been done about it. 5 weeks I've been waiting. She went to the admin office and collected the referral letter dated the today's date 6 Oct 22 and slammed it down on counter top. I just stood there in disbelief at her attitude. She must have been upset by admin team and took her frustration out on me. I wish I could transfer to another surgery as this particular one has been nothing but a pain since I moved here in March. Extremely disappointing.

    My wife has stomach cancer and after chemo was finding it difficult to eat a letter was sent to the practice last Tuesday requesting a prescription for food supplements.Phoned the practice Wednesday closed training.Phoned Thursday someone found the letter and said they would get the doctor to sign a prescription and let us know we heard nothing,visited the chemist Saturday on the off chance it was there negative.Phoned Monday 13.30 prescription person at a meeting someone else was spoken to said they would sort heard nothing so anther phone call was made at 17.45 prescription person still not available some else said it would be put through but prescriptions take seven days to go through.

    Was on the phone 58 minutes and when I was number 1 at last I was cut of.(starting as number 11) this makes 9 minutes per phone call if only 1 receptionist. So I called again as number 7. After 38 minutes at last I was through to receptionist where I was told there are again no appointments left. This is 2 days in a row and nobody will give me back the 2 hours spent waiting. Also I called as I received a message from surgery on Friday to call them back and get appointment due to revaluation of my Blood pressure. Dear GP call me back as I had it. I do not have normally issues but this was ridiculous.

    I rang the surgery late on friday to get the results of some test, it was the assistant practice manager that i spoke, after telling me that my results were no action required i went on to explain that my symptoms were still very bad i appreciated that it was late. The assistant mamager told me that she would speak with the GP and call me back monday, i thought yea right i would not hear from her and i would be calling back, but she did ring me on monday and sorted an appointment with GP. I couldnt believe how helpful she was and she did exactly what she said she was going to do which does not happen very often so thank you to her and keep up the hard work, i was so impressed. Well Done
