The patient was made to feel like they were wasting the doctors time. They were scoffed at, dismissed, and what they said was barely acknowledged. The patient booked the appointment because they were genuinely concerned, it is an absolute disgrace to treat vunerable people in this manner.

w: I called at 8am as everyone is advised to do, I was advised I would get a call before 9am which I did. Dr was fantastic as always, and by 11am my script etc was all ready for collection In all the years I have been at the surgery service has always been good from all staff
