    I’ve been wondering how an ‘outstanding’ practice with good access could deteriorate so badly over the past couple of years. Now I find it practically impossible to get help for routine or urgent problems. My son was really poorly but called at 9am after all appointments were filled and told ‘no help available’. I found out today that the longstanding GPs had sold the practice to a big American private company - Operose Health. That explains a lot! It seems that Operose are selling the practice on (presumably at a profit) to hcrg another private uk owner. Don’t expect any improvements to your care soon!

    I rang the surgery for a very sensitive issue which was dealt with very professionally by reception staff. When I arrived for my appointment, the reception staff were getting a lot of grief from patients over things out of their control. I felt really sorry for them so just wanted to say thank you for everything you do and you’re doing a great job!
