   I found the practice to be clean and welcoming on arrival. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, taking the time to explain things. My visit was to see the nurse, who was very professional and courteous. Overall, it was a positive experience.

   I was suffering with severe abdominal pains and was told to ring back in two weeks! I was then told to book an out of hours. When I rang the phoneix centre they said argyle street should have booked the appointment and they had loads left. I then rang the out of hours and booked it myself! They never rang me the next day and I was then rushed to hospital!
