   I sent a request to the surgery via Patches and recived a very early reply stating l needed to see a doctor and followed up with an appointment that same day.

   I found the practice to be clean and welcoming on arrival. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, taking the time to explain things. My visit was to see the nurse, who was very professional and courteous. Overall, it was a positive experience.
