Getting worse and worse every year. Contacting the surgery is becoming neigh on impossible except through their online system Klinik. That system acts as a triage: if it is serious they tell you to go to A & E and if it's not life-threatening, they (eventually) send you a text message that you have to wait for 4 to 5 weeks before a clinician will decide whether to review your case. Counting from now (middle of November) we are probably looking at a potential response in the new year. When you do get a response by text message, they want you to get in touch. That is almost impossible because you cannot text them back, the link they send goes to email and my replies just bounce back and when you ring the phone you are told to keep the phone lines clear for the elderly and vulnerable. So surprise surprise you have only the Klinik system to contact them back and you find yourself back in the endless loop of Klinik, triage, 4 to 5 weeks delay, back to Klinik, triage, etc. If ever there was a system to frustrate and put off people from contacting their GP, this is perfect. I fear the Nhs has finally arrived at the point when accessing healthcare is virtually non-existent except when it is life-threatening and then you face excruciatingly long waits at A & E. Just don't get poorly!

Staff were efficient, professional and friendly. I was able to arrange appointments quickly and easily. Treatments and consultations were thorough and professional.
