The Doctors at this surgery I cannot fault, however the reception staff need some serious customer services training, they are rude, unhelpful and so very unsympathetic. Do they attend any training?

I have registered with Hetherington in February and they consistently refuse to see me on my sons. They always have a justification. Today, they refused to care for my 9 day old son because he was not registered with them (9 days old!). I ended up at A&E for sniffles after calling 111. I have been there for almost 3 hours now, just because once again, the GP would not do their job.
