   This is not the first time i’ve had issues with this practice. I work within the NHS myself and understand the pressure they are under. However i am in agony and have two young children to look after. I requested an appointment for myself using the online form to see the doctor. Someone rang me to say the doctor would like a telephone call with me. Which happened close to the time originally stated. The doctor confirmed i need antibiotics and said he would do the prescription and it would be sent to my usual pharmacy. He said go early afternoon and it should be ready to collect. Which i did only to be told they haven’t received anything from the doctors. I am in a lot of pain and need these antibiotics i was hoping to get two doses into my system today. That will not happen now. After leaving the pharmacy i called the doctors on my way home and was told by the reception lady that no record of this was on my account. I am extremely upset and frustrated. I will not be returning to this practice. I had multiple issues regarding my children’s and husbands prescriptions and appointment previous to this too.
