    Been with the GP for.over 15years, very unfriendly GP always rude will hang up the phone on you appointments never available even if you get one you have to be a doctor yourself as they want do amything to treat you

    Took my child to see ANP , the treatment/ service I got was shocking . Firstly, I ask for GP to see my child which I didn’t get appt for and instead appt was given with ANP. Went there thinking there will be some help for my child but total hopeless. Very unprofessional, no introduction or interaction with my child , very poor history taking , don’t want to get to the bottom of the health issues my child is going through, just want to tick the box and job done . Forget about personalised care or patient centred care u will receive . I felt my concern of my child was dismiss and said that there will be a follow up appointment. I am a nurse by profession and to receive such poor treatment from another nurse professional made me question about nursing ethics and code that we adhere to. I won’t speak for the whole surgery . Perhaps I have not met other GP or APN or the professionals but what I experience from today’s Appointment was very disappointing. Never going to book appt with the ANP that we saw today and I hope my child will get better or will see someone if needed who actually does take their profession seriously and help out pt to get better.

    I am sorry to say that the service offered by this practice is becoming worse and worse. I have been with the practice for many years and luckily I don’t need assistance very often because the service is very poor. I was involved in a traffic accident two days ago, didn’t go to Accident & Emergency because luckily I was not injured and didn’t feel pain when it happened. As it is often the case, some pain started the day after, tried to contact the surgery, was on the phone for almost an hour and was then told to go to Accident & Emergency. I told them that I did not think it was a responsible choice given the pressure our Accident & Emergency departments are under and the fact that I am not injured and I just need someone to check me over and possibly refer me to a physio, if anything. I was told to call back the following day, today. I first tried to book an appointment online and it says that there are no appointments available (I later found out from the receptionist that the service is not available, so I would say that if you do not offer appointments online, you should remove the option from your site. Pointless to have it there if not available, you only waste people’s time). So I called, the first time I got through the recorded message said my call could not even be put through to the appointment line and to try later. Then I tried again after few minutes, I was on the line for 45 minutes this time and there were no appointments at the end of the endless call. This was done in the morning by the way. I booked an appointment to see a nurse next week because that was the only option available, but I will try again tomorrow. In the meantime I submitted a request for an e-consultation in the hope that I would not have to spend another hour on the phone tomorrow (my employer will not be happy if I do this for the third time during working hours). I did and the message I received is that due to the high volume of e-consultations mine has been booked for Monday, almost a week after my accident and just one day before my appointment with the nurse. So it means I will have to try again tomorrow but this all seems pointless and useless.

I accept that it can be difficult to reach us via telephone during periods of high demand, we are working hard to answer calls as quickly and safely as possible. I note that you have been able to submit an eConsult which many patients with internet facilities find more convenient. I acknowledge that there are no online bookable appointments at present for the practice. We are looking to make this facility available again in the near future.   5. Review titled very good surgery

    Although it takes a while to get through in the first instance once you have the service is very good, doctors/nurses/pharmacist always call back or have seen me if need be. I'm always made to feel comfortable with whoever I speak to or see. Been with these around 35 years and overall am very happy.

    Moved to the area and I’m trying to register with that practice since two months now! Only way to register is online. Filled out the form 3 times now and each time I got told they didn’t receive anything. Forwarded all the confirmation about previous attempts last time and got assured it’ll work this time but over 15 working days later nothing has happened again! Got told I won’t be able to come in since registration is only possible online. Ridiculous if you need medical help and no one helps you out.

    I tray to call in exactly 8.00 they didnt pik up the pohne...1.30 min wayting to talk with somebody this medical center is a joke...no appoitmant..

    Once you actually get an appointment the service is good. The nurse that I saw was exceptional and the follow up with the doctor the next day very informative

    Great efficient practise. The registration process was done very professionally and efficiently. The teams I encountered - medical secretary reception, nurses - were very friendly and caring. I felt in good capable hands.
