    Trying to sort an appointment for myself regarding an autism assessment, make the appointment online, sent a link to my phone. Follow the link, get no where. Try to contact hmg, no answer. This has been the result for as long as I have been attached to hmg. Never, ever seen my own doctor and they have lost my documents from myself which came from dvla. Absolutely the worst surgery I have ever been linked to. I will now try, if possible, to join a different surgery as hmg is completely ineffective. We are supposed to make things easier with new technology and going forward into the future, but this practice has gone completely backwards. There should be a simple method of calling the receptionist, making an appointment and attending the appointment but that just isn't the case anymore. Completely backwards, far too stressful and completely ineffective.

    Requested medication online as I had lost my pills Had a response saying my request was too early So now I have no medication at all People do sometimes lose things but hmg obviously not aware of this possibility. Very angry

    Tried ringing reception from 3 onwards and each time I was told it was full to capacity and then hung up. I didn’t want to make an appointment, I just wanted to ask a question to the reception team but every time I rang the system would hang up on me. Just a truly broken system.

    Thanks to your pharmacist for helping so promptly with my prescription problem yesterday. Extremely helpful and much appreciated. Also like continuity provided with women’s health appointments and how they are managed. Where I find the new system for requesting appointments online a bit of a faff, I do rate the prompt nature of response to those I have submitted. Thank you

    Almost impossible to make an appointment, tried to make an appointment via phone , online and also went to Station medical centre but seems impossible . Reception staff very unhelpful and rude . Had been trying to make an appointment for my daughter for the last one week without any success . Do not understand why it is so hard to see a doctor. Want to change this surgery and wouldn’t recommend this surgery to anyone.

There is extremely high demand for General Practice appointments across the country at the moment and so all our routine GP appointments are now triaged by a GP to ensure that the patient sees the most appropriate clinician for their needs. The best way to have your query triaged is to complete our online form via the website. We do offer appointments on the day for more urgent matters with a duty team available to see and treat patients.     I filled in the online form on 10th April. At 11.11 on 15th April I received a text with a link to book an appointment, I immediately clicked on it and was offered 2 slots the next day, for any clinician . I selected one, confirmed it, then was told the slot was no longer available, so I went back, selected the next one, same happened again. Now the only ones on offer are from 14th of May, any clinician, and at any practice. This is totally unacceptable! A month for an appointment is appalling service.

    Shocking service I called Friday needing to see a Dr and was told it was inappropriate for them to see me and not to call 111 as they would just send me back to you so to not bother I am sickened with how hmg treat people

Although we try to see every patient as soon as we can, a GP practice is not an emergency service and appointments remain in very high demand. With this mind, all patients that are requesting on the day care are triaged and assessed by a GP to determine the urgency of their request.     I rang the surgery today and requested a call back. My call was returned quickly and the receptionist I spoke to was excellent, polite and understanding and very helpful. Resolved my issue professionally. First class service

    Wow! Online request for Fit Note received to my phone within the hour. Exceptional service. Few problems with the AccuRx software which kept stopping randomly, but persevered. Once my request was sent to a human - plain sailing. Many thanks.
