Took my child for an appointment and the dr was so thorough he talked to my son, checked him over and explained why he was experiencing the problems he was. My son came away and already tonight has changed some lifestyle. Instead of drinking fizz he has moved to water!! I have to say the dr genuinely cared and my boy took it on board. Thank you for such a great service

My young son was showing symptoms of a uti. At 5pm on a Friday evening I nipped into surgery as was passing by for advice. The nurse was just finishing her shift (coat and bag on leaving building) she overheard me telling receptionist and said come on I'll check him over. Thank you so much for staying and checking him over, prescribed him with antibiotics. Would have been a long wait at walk in centre if she wasn't so kind!

One member of reception staff is absolutely wonderful. Really helpful on the phone. Unfortunately another member of staff when I had to go to the surgery"greeted" me with not the most friendly manner. Turned me away without looking at the notes that had been taken that morning, explaining the situation. Thankfully I went back in and managed to speak with the person I'd explained everything to in the morning and they got everything sorted and called me back. (That particular member of reception staff is really lovely. Takes the time to listen. She really is a gem in that place!) When feeling low and in a lot of pain, the last thing you need is someone being abrupt and quick to turn you away. I'm so disappointed and will be registering with another surgery ASAP.

My Dr was patient with me he was also easy to talk to and very helpful, he was dressed very professional I am very pleased with the care I received today

My appointment with one of the advanced clinical practioners is always conducted with dignity and this appointment was a respectful example of just that. My 'invisible' disability requires complex support and this practitioner works within my varying capabilities to achieve a better quality of life. We discussed the next stage in my treatment plan and they gave realistic advice with options for the future. All this valuable support within one succinct appointment slot is a blessing I appreciate, thank you.

My husband..Philip has had a ultra sound scan.on.Monday.17th. July. Have To Wait . Until the.29th.For.A Phone Call From A . Doctor For The Results . Absolutely Ridiculous..

I spoke to the pharmacist at the surgery. He was intentional in planning my medication, was clear in assessing symptoms during the medication review and provided great advice.
