I am disappointed in the service given to me. I found this surgery amazing when I was unwell. However, now I feel my health concerns are not being met and feel sad about it. I wrote an email to raise my concerns but was given the advice to leave so I am looking for another surgery. All I was requesting is a blood test appointment and instead of this being done I am being told to wait and I have been feeling not 100% for a while, and this has caused me to look elsewhere now.
