The doctor, she was very understanding and she also explained about my situation and what to do for treatment with her help I have learned to manage my illness better

Spoke to clinician pharmacist who was very informative and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to which gave me more understanding of the medication I take. So many thanks to him for his understanding. Whilst writing may i also thank the reception staff for all their assistance they have given me over the last few weeks, also helpful and cheerful. So once again many thanks it is appreciated.

Arrived for blood test. Only had to wait a few minutes before being called in by a very friendly nurse.

I had my Mirena fitted last Friday. The nurses were very friendly and caring. They gave me a ring before the appointment outlining all the details. They were skilled nurses and made the process much much less 'scary' than I expected. They said well done to me while I wanted to say a big Well Done to them. Many thanks!

This review is on behalf of my mother, aged 92. She started her treatment in January this year, and has had roughly 3 appointments a week with the nursing team Nurses were all friendly, understanding and compassionate, which has made a huge difference to our mother’s experience and healing Also the receptionists have been very friendly and helpful, which made it all a lot more pleasant with a rather painful shin wound my mum has had. Huge thanks to everybody.

Excellent service from all members of the team I encountered. I had a very prompt reply to my online request for an appointment/advice. At all times I was treated respectfully in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you!

Treated very well and helped by the staff. Parking can be a broblem sometimes. Did not have to wait. It was very quick.
