    J have just joined this practice and have been seen by Physiotherapist and the GP within 48 hours. I can't believe how well run and helpful the staff are this includes the reception desk and your reception manager has gone out of his way to support and help me without any hesitation as a new patient without arrogance and pre conceived idea like my old GP which was really disastrous

    For many years I have been looked after by my Doctor on Thursday.I wish all the doctors could be so kind and caring and understanding. Always polite. I always insist and wait to be see Dr. On Thursday only. And since , reception Manager joined the surgery. It is so smooth. He does not make us wait, immediate attention,very polite, very professional approach always helpful. I hope he does not leave this surgery. That is why I have not changed the surgery. 5*

    I call them for emergency, told them That I’m bleeding so bad, my period is over month, belly pain, back pain, and month of bleeding and is fresh blood. Even feel so dizzy, because loosing lot of blood. And they give me appointment after two weeks.. women to I speak two times by asking for help was so rude and cold.. will go private and if there is problem, than really not gona leave this behind.. that’s not normal, that’s really bad service at Dagenham broadway practice.. i paying lot off money for this service and can’t get any help, i didn’t go to gp many times in my life at all and paying services, and they like this… that’s bad… that’s really bad .. will delete myself from this practice!!!!

    Just now called the Heathway Medical Centre, my husband is been very sick, they said that are going to call me back, they didn’t. And a receptionist, because I don’t think so she is a human being was very rude and very disrespectful. Just to let her know that when we call them we do because we need the service. Considering that how many people are suffering from some one like her. Just want to say her, Shame on you. Very very disappointed .
