Today i saw the Heathrow’s Medicals Centre new nurse. We had 2 appointments one for myself and one for my daughter. The level of care and service we received was fantastic. The nurse also went one step further and saved me coming back for another appointment i had already booked for the following week. This extra step and care has saved me alot of hassle in busy life and im very greatful and glad to be at this practice. Thank you again!

The lady doctor is very professional and caring. She took time to go through symptoms and explained very well the process and options and what is the best way forward. Overall I felt very looked after and happy with the outcome.

Excellent doctor that gave me the time I needed and explained her conclusion in depth ~ thank you! This is the level of service I expect. The admin team were okay, but pre occupied with a printing concern. I guess they were multi-tasking but eventually got to me after 5-10 minutes of being served.

My GP surgery is very structured and prompt with ensuring a follow up call is made within the timeframes advised. Having to gain any clarification from reception staff is always well guided by them. Having to further speak to a Dr is also completed as per the time informed of and if a need to further arrange a face to face appointment with the Dr, this is also managed promptly by the staff. Love the on board pharmacist who also will follow up with medications prescribed and see how well the recovery is coming along and if the medication is working or requiring for a review. The Dr’s at the surgery are extremely thorough ruling out all checks required to give the patient the help, support and reassurance required. Thank you so much to all at Heathrow Medical Centre.

Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Very helpful nice manner.

I have been seeing my GPfor my arthritic knees He listens to what you have to say He is fully understanding and the treatment I have received from him is outstanding He is a fantastic GP Shame I’m unable to leave his name

Very helpful Doctor and staff i love the way the treat and help patients. I waljed in for my flu jab without oppointment. They still helped me. I am dealing with for last 33 years. Never had problem with them

Had a great experience in Heathrow medical practice .. I had a blood test.. starting from the appointment it was very quick I got my test date soon and tests were successful

Last week my econsult was responded to The doctor was more than helpful Yesterday I had a face to face consultation for a pain relief procedure The doctor explained everything in detail He carried out the procedure and within hours I was almost pain free This doctor goes above and beyond every time either myself or a member of my family have been seen by him He will always listen and always has a calm caring attitude Fantastic doctor

When I visited the Surgery today, I felt listened to. The doctor listened to my concerns, and was very friendly and accommodating. The doctor explained which made me understand the condition better. She broke it down in simple terms to aid my understanding. She took a comprehensive history to better understand my condition.
