   They never answer the phone - no holding system so you know where you are in the queue. They also direct you to the online e-consult which forces you to put in your condition- it doesn't even have selections such as a fever or covid 19- and then when you select 'something else' it doesn't allow you to book an appointment and directs you to 111. It also states, to use the online system you must call the practice to register - but you can never get through on the phone so it's hopeless. Staff are rude and dismissive and don't seem to check any records.
