    I had high pressure and a high heart rate last week. I have called this GP many times they send me a phone appointment 3 times nobody calls me. my phone was free all the time. I was waiting for that call because am sick and need this service. Is it a service with this GP? it was my 1st service and the results are frustrating. I can't find any email address without anything. Can't receive any services from you go on those months. It's such a shame. NHS is responsible for this because they did not do any action.

    I have been with this GP Surgery for over 20 years and can confirm that the service I receive there is always very good. The staff are helpful and kind. The telephone consultation is superb, the doctors call on the same day and I get an appointment to see the doctor soonest if it is necessary. I would recommend this surgery to family and friends.

    I would highly recommend The Healy Medical Centre. All the staff including the reception staff, the nurses and the GP’s have been so supportive and kind to me. They work really hard and are a very busy London surgery and yet they manage to always be helpful, professional and caring.
