    Booking appointments is ridiculous. Spend hours in phone queues to be welcomed abruptly by a receptionist who then huffs and puffs for even calling. Struggle to even book babies immunisations as there is only one person in the entire world that can do this and is never there. The only way you find this out is by waiting in over an hour long phone queue 🙄. Awful service awful care . I get an all round general feel they do not care about anybody. Better off taking yourself to accident and emergency. Should be struck off

    Hi Stephanie. Thank you for your comment. I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience when visiting or when ringing the Practice. I appreciate that there have been issues with patients waiting for sometime for their call to be answered. To try and help with our demand we have now introduced total online triage which allows you as the patient to navigate your way to the most appropriate care without the need to phone the practice. This new process enables patients to complete a new or improved online form via our website, on the phone or in reception. This will mean that you receive the right care, at the right time, with the right person. We will respond to your query appropriately and in the most convenient way. By following a ‘Total Triage’ pathway, we are creating more capacity, because the way we respond is quicker, more efficient and more accessible to you. I am also unsure why you were unable to book your baby in for their imms. I will ensure that this is highlighted to the admin team as any member of the admin team would be able to book this for you. I am sorry again for your bad experience. If you would like to discuss further then please speak with the Practice Manager.

    I have been trying for two weeks to get a repeat prescription for blood thinning medication regarding a heart condition. Despite visiting the surgery, telephoning the surgery and sending online applications, I am still waiting. I am promised it will be done but always, tomorrow. Guess what, tomorrow never comes at Health & Beyond. As a patient for almost 50 years, I am beyond frustrated.

    Had to wait 2 weeks for my meds the pharmacy and the surgery blaming each other for the none arrival of my medical seriously thinking of going to another practice and pharmacy

    No duty of care given !! Trying to get a prescription after the memory clinic told them my dad needs a certain thing ( who has vascular dementia ) and they can’t even do that after a week !!!! This is the same every month he needs his medication when it should be on repeat but they have taken it up on themselves to decide what’s best for my dad and not listen to the specialists who actually know what my dad is going through and knows what he needs, I get no help at all and I work full time as well as my dads main carer, but I spend most of my days chasing the doctors to do their job !! Worst experience ever with this surgery !!

    Three calls this morning, first one was 48 minutes on hold then call was terminated by them. Attempted second call after 5 minutes they terminated call again. Now on 3rd call, trying to get a urgent referral letter for Elderley mother.

    'm so sorry for the late response in responding to your concerns. We have had staff shortages within our call hub which has given us some teething issues and has caused concern with patients waiting for their calls to be answered. We have recently moved to online triage which will allow the Clinician to review the patient history, images, and direct them to the correct point of care. If you would like to discuss this further then please call into the Surgery and speak with the Practice Manager.

    I have been trying to see a doctor for over a month. I have spoken to 2 Doctors over the phone who have given me basic information for my complaint. My complaint is getting worse, and I now need to see a doctor. This morning I eventually spoke to a receptionist who absolutely would not even consider even a telephone call from a Doctor. He was very rude when there was no need to be and he wouldn't let me speak and let me explain my problem. I wasn't angry or rude and I eventually gave up. I have been attending this surgery for 30 years and in the past the Doctors were absolutely brilliant. This is now not the case.

    Apologies for not responding to your complaint until now. I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties in trying to speak to a Doctor, and that you were spoken to in a rude manner. This is not the way for any member of staff to behave and we will be looking and reviewing staff calls to ensure that non of our patients are spoken to with disrespect. Moving forward we are now utilising Online Triage, which will enable you to complete a form with regards to your illness, which will allow you to receive a response within 24- 48 hours depending on your illness. An appointment will either be given for that day or a booking link with instructions will be sent advising you to book within a certain time frame. This will allow you more of a choice, and being care navigated to the correct Clinician. Kind regards Practice Manager.

    Tried calling the doctors took 2 hours then the receptionist lied about the doctor coming out to see my elderly father this has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks. They have no queuing system on the phone they cut you off no communication skills.
