I have been with Hazlemere surgery for about 2 years now and have had nothing but brilliant care from the surgery. Every experience with them has been positive, all staff are so caring, kind and helpful. I have never had a surgery with such positive experiences. Thank you Hazlemere Surgery.

Having had long covid for the last 22 months and been severely affected by it, the surgery has been amazingly supportive. They have always been kind and always available. The receptionist triage system works extremely well and I love the fact that they have embraced technology to work cleverer. I just felt I had to say thank you.

I would like to thank all at the Surgery for the excellent care shown to me this year. The service was compassionate, caring and exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend this Surgery to others.
