Made an appointment for a phone call for 11.10am they didn't call or try to contact me in any way 2 hours after my appointment time they made a new appointment for 4.45pm without informing me.

I have been seeing the surgery's pharmacist following a medicine review. I have to say that the help and support I have received has been amazing. I am on new medication which has improved my physical health and mental health. This has made such a huge difference to my life.

Recently moved to the area after having the same GP surgery all my life and receiving very little support from them despite repeated appointments. Come to hawthorns, first appointment I’ve had with them, gave me a referral - felt like a real “light at the end of the tunnel” moment. I feel so relieved to finally be getting somewhere, thank you.

My experience has been really really good so friendly and helpful going above and beyond to help me very patient and have made a very stressful situation alot smoother for me to navigate can't thankyou enough

I find it difficult to ask for help and I was realy upset that I was treated with so little respect. Just giving a phone number for a talking therapy with no consideration of a very difficult on personal going situation left me feeling worthless and a waste of time.

Since Covid this practice has got better and better. Always manage to see a doctor when I need to. Never feel rushed in the appointment. Phones answered quickly. Physio on site and ultrasounds done. All the staff are kind and helpful. Delighted to have them as our family practice.

Just a big thankyou to Practise Nurse. I arrived almost deaf and left with pinsharp hearing! Now I can hear the tennis! Thankyou for what you do. Hope this gets to you!

I was triaged and called back by a doctor within an hour for treatment. From the receptionist who booked explained the process to the Dr who called back it was an excellent service throughout. Thank you for what you do.

I have chrones disease and have been advised by the hospital to see a GP urgently today! And the receptionist refused to give an appointment as it’s not urgent! She wouldn’t let me explain that the hospital advised me to be seen today and was extremely rude!

Hawthorns has been our family surgery for years and have always been there when needed. Their appointment system works well, even during the busiest of times and that is reassuring knowing we can see someone when needed.
