Was seen very quickly and diagnosed with symptoms and told how to recover doctor was very professional and patient

Due to the new management - the new doctor whom I seen in regards to my daughter - seen us on time - made sure I was happy with everything said - also did a follow up to read through all my daughter's medical history to see if she can do anything else to help - called me back the following day and updated me - happy to prescribe the medication a previous doctor refused to give - very happy with the GP as she seemed to of gone the extra mile to help out my baby. Hopefully this care continues going forward.

Every single time I try to call for an appointment they are always busy and not taking call or they are fully booked. The staff are arrogant, rude not helpful atall.You need to call in the morning to book morning appoitment same day or call afternoon to book afternoon appoitment.You can not book appoitment for the next day or same day.Always is fully booked or they not taking calls ..... Usless !

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience. We operate a queue system to answer the telephone call. The number of calls coming in are beyond our control and we suggest if your call is likely to take longer to deal with then best time to call is at less busy times such as between 12 to 2 pm. If you would like to speak to the practice manager please call and leave a message with the staff. We are constantly training and monitoring the staff performance.
