Very poor standards applied for fit note waited 10 days been told it is ready too pick it up after numerous phone calls then it runs out the following day I now have too reapply and start all over again that is very poor disgusted with the service I waited 20 min on call too be told

was incredibly nervous and coming to my appointment as I struggle with severe anxiety. The Doctor I had was incredibly unhelpful and uncaring. The appointment itself was a mess; she didn't even know what condition I believe I had and made no effort to do any research about it. She took some notes of my symptoms and gave me medication, however, she didn't inform me where to pick it up, and I thought the next appointment was when that would be made. She didn't inform me that my appointment was via the phone. I was left feeling very upset at how rushed the appointment was and the fact the Doctor didn't inform me basic details that any other GP would tell someone. The phone call appointment was so uncaring. She was rude and told me why I'm not taking the medication yet I didn't pick it up because she didn't tell me. She said to book an appointment again after I begin taking it, without any basic information. It was incredibly short and very rude. I am disgusted with how rushed the appointments were and how uncaring she was. I felt like another customer she was in a rush to get through. It took me a lot of courage to go to the GP and ask for help and I get treated with rudeness.

From the moment you enter the surgery you can feel good vibes, the receptionists were kind and helpful. The nurse who saw me was sympathetic and made me feel at ease as I felt like a time waster. Thank you!
