I called on the off chance to see if I could get an appointment, expecting not to be able to see anyone. The receptionist on the phone was very polite, they were lovely on the desk when I arrived later and the out of hours doctor was so helpful and gave me some great advice. I was shocked at how quickly I was seen too.

I took my 14 year old son to the walk in centre on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse we saw was fantastic and my son reecieved excellent care.

I called up on the off chance that they may be able to see my little girl as I know the walk in center can be very busy at times. Especially on the run up to Easter bank holiday weekend. The receptionist took some details and squeezed her in. The doctor she seen was fantastic with my daughter who was restless and in pain with her ear.

Used the walk in service, got seen by a nurse after a short wait and prescribed the medicine i needed. Staff were helpful and kind. I had a good experience.

Went to walk in. Arrived before opening as advised it can be busy. Was seen immediately by a friendly and helpful nurse practioner who offered good advice and prescription.

I was so worried about my younger son's condition but I would like to thank the most professional Nurse at the GP she examined him very carefully and gave me advice about to cure him.
