    After contacting my pharmacy over a broken skin groin seat rash , was told she to fact I'm Diabetic for advice ,I have a cream hydrocortisone cream but wanted check if could put on the rash with broken skin, which they had photo attached, tried to ring twice over 14 waiting on line both times so decided consult for first time,had email reply ,that practice would respond before 6.30pm in said day , and 3rd day still no reply , What ever try to do ,I'm just so frustrated landmark contact with them for over a year.

    My daughter has been ill for 7 days. I thought she was improving but dipped quickly this afternoon. An appointment was made to be seen within 20 mins Mr cade saw her quickly, and kept her at ease doing all his tests. Thank you.

    I have been extremely impressed with the efficiency in getting an appointment for both my children over the past week. They have not been to the Gp in years but my daughter needed some medication and my son had worsening asthma symptoms. I had a call for my daughter within half an hour of an econsult and my son was seen face to face within 2 hours of an econsult today. Both times the GP was very kind and thorough. Given the difficult times general practice is currently in you are doing a great job. Thank you

    I called an hour before the surgery closed to explain that my son was having trouble breathing properly. I explained the symptoms to the receptionist. Unfortunately, as it was so late in the day, the surgery didn't have any appointments remaining. However, the receptionist listened to my concerns and spoke to the duty Dr. The Dr asked us to come straight in and saw us immediately. I was right to be concerned and the Dr was able to help us and provided medication to help his lungs without needing to send us to hospital and booked us in to return the next day, on a Saturday morning, to have his oxygen levels checked again. We're very grateful for the service we received and the way we were treated. Thank you so much.

    Too many instances of repeat prescription failures. Prescription ordered via surgery but not delivered when expected. This causes real stress.

    Did econsult which resulted in a face to face appointment with a new lady doctor she was friendly and helpful prescribing antibiotics. Contracted week later as not cleared up was made appointment with nurse for dressing and same Dr reviewed. More antibiotics. Minor surgery appointment made. Also picked up no health check for years which I had and now on statins. Waiting for minor surgery now. Feel all dealt with really efficiently. The new doctor and the nurse were both lovely and caring.

    I’m not a patient of Haverhill family practice, but my father who passed away a few days before Christmas was. In his last few hours, the doctor came to visit him and what a fantastic kind and caring man the doctor was. He did his absolute best to make my dad comfortable and did his absolute best to look after and spend time listening to my mum. Whilst I guess this is just day to day stuff for a GP, I’d like to use this review to remind the doctor of what a positive difference he made to my family. (Name of the doctor not mentioned as it breaches review rules!)

    I recently booked a telephone doctor's appointment through the eConsult service and was very happy to get one 2 days later. I missed the first telephone call from my doctor and had to call back to rebook it. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful in booking me a second appointment. Thank You

    I am a postman and was severely bitten by a dog at a customers property. I was taken to the surgery and arrived just before it was due to close and was seen by a nurse and doctor who, without hesitation, proceeded to clean, stitch and dress the wound. I cannot thank them enough for their care. I belong to this surgery and have always had a positive experience when accessing it.

    tried to order my asthma pump at tesco - to be told that i've not had a check up with the local surgery in 2 years - get a call from the surgary saying that it's time for me to have a check up - but they can't scedule me in f2f it has to be over the phone - i have absolutly no confidance in this surgery or there ability to check on my status over a 5min phone call - what is the point, just a waste of tax payers money....why not just approve my medication and let me get on with things myself....really frustrating....

Unfortunately due to the ongoing Covid Pandemic the majority of reviews are being carried out over the telephone.
