Phoned to get make appointment for my son we live in allenton and got sent to littleover but wen spoke to them in little over they say that people in little over get sent to allenton and people who live in allenton get sent to little over no logic really and it’s only since a lot of doctors have joined together tho joining was going to make better not worse I suffer with anxiety as it it’s then get sent to a doctors u don’t know don’t help and seems a ongoing problem since they have joined will be looking at moving docs soon as just seems like making the system make errors as can cost people a lot of money to go from one side of town to the other that’s if u have money

After another "panic incident" I was seen immediately by nursing staff and duty doctor (many thanks to them both) and given the reassurance that I needed, along with a follow up appointment to make sure everything is as it should be. I could not wish for a better support group. Thank you

Absolutely love this surgery I’ve been with them for around 20yrs and the care I’ve received is excellent and to the highest level as someone with multiple complex health conditions finding a gp practise you can trust is essential and these guys are incredibly kind especially in the last few years where my health has deteriorated everyone is lovely from care navigators, clerical staff,HCA’s,ANP’s, pharmacist, nurses and the GP’s themselves so I want to say a massive thankyou and please keep doing what your doing it’s been a tuff few years but you’re all amazing xxxx

Having recently had my son, I have had to receive ongoing care from the three nurses at the practice. I cannot express how kind, patient and caring they have been. Although it’s not been ideal having to have dressings changed every few days, the three ladies that having been caring for me have made it a far more bareble experience than it perhaps could have been. Thank you Haven Health.

I am a “regular” at the surgery as I have many medical problems. The staff here are at the top of their game. Very quick referrals/follow ups. Quick to respond to all requests for help/advice. All of the staff while being professional are helpful, friendly and courteous. I can’t express how good it is to feel so confident of being well looked after. Would highly recommend this surgery.

Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists and Administrative Staff are dedicated and devoted to this Medical Practice, their support as a patient is invaluable and enables the process of seeking medical help a comfortable experience, as a patient you feel valued and respected at all times. Their professionalism is unrivalled, I truly appreciate their work. I've been with this practice since 1993 and find they are faultless, the practice is run with dignity and compassion for the benefit of patients and their families. I'm so grateful to be a patient at this practice, I consider myself extremely fortunate to be a patient. Any request is met with professionalism and utter respect, I am delighted to be able to leave a review full of positivity.

As a regular "visitor" to the surgery I can say I have never had a bad time there. The reception staff are always friendly, even when they are busy. the medical staff are always ready to give me the help and support that I need, both physical and mental. I could not ask any more from a doctors surgery. Thank you.

My experience of this practice is alway very positive. Never feel that I'm just another patient. I leave feeling that I have been listened to and got the best treatment for my current problem.

Appointment on the day of contact by phone. Warm hello and welcome by reception staff. Called in on time by a student doctor gaining experience. Initial discussion of my problems with the student doctor before the senior experienced practice doctor joined us and I witnessed the discussion and exchange of information regarding my problems. The examination then took place the student receiving the benefit of how and what to look for regarding my condition. I was very impressed.
