   I've had a bad health for over 4 months and been taking painkillers for the continuous temperature, migraines, cough and runny nose. Visited GP practice in Hastings on 8th, received quick examination and received prescription for nasal spray and antibiotics for my cough. Went abroad to get my teeth fixed and it turned out I had one tooth so infected that the infection has spread to my dinuses and caused ear ache. Got my tooth removed by private dentist there. On my return called surgery and asked to speak to to doctor, but the woman on the phone was so rude and discriminative. My speech is very clear, so I was told by my colleagues and friends. Had to repeat my surname three times and on second attempt she interrupted me to say that she couldn't get it right and if its how I say it where I come from! Unpleasant conversation and how she dealt with it. Happy to join another GP practice as this feels like dead end. Sorry to say, bit it used to be much better experience.
