Been residents here for just over 10 yrs during which time I have had investigation into heart problems eventually req bypass surgery & ongoing monitoring & reviews etc. All staff from Reception, Nurses, Phlebotamist's, Dr's, Pharmacist's & even the students/trainees give simply excellent focused, friendly service in a very friendly manner. Frankly it would be hard to find any area the practice is weak on even their communication levels are appropriate & warm. If pushed to find a weakness it would be relation to responding to DVLA requests. But as a medical service the team are second to none.

Receptionists and Nurses are all approachable and professional and that’s unfortunately it ends. Had a Doctors appt and before I’d even shut the door behind me he barked at me what’s the problem? So seconds into this appointment it was apparent he was condescending and rude. I explained what was happening and he didn’t seem interested at all. The Doctor just said if it continues to go back! There’s a lot more to this review but I can’t add it as it will be declined.
