I suffer from anxiety and going into that surgery or speaking to them makes it worse. Went in to get an appointment, told to try again in a weeks time, Went in a week later told all the appointments were gone. They are unprofessional, and snappy. Need to learn how to talk to people.

Handed in a letter for the GP from the children's hospital my child had surgery at. I handed it to the reception and don't know where it went from there. After looking at the medical record. It was never added to my childs record. Not happy. Losing important letters is wrong.

Was on caller number 1 for more than 30 minutes. Gave up and had to go into the surgery. It was completely quiet with one person on reception and he didn't pick up the calls was letting the phone ring.

Reception staff need to respect when a patient says the reason for the appointment is personal. I don't have to give reason. It was a sensitive issue. The manager is never available to speak to and does nothing when you do get to speak to them. I felt there was no empathy.

rang up the surgery to query an appointment for my mothers b12 injection and the receptionist started arguing with me over a date of birth before hanging up on me and im not even registered at this surgery
