Great practice, always find it easy to get an appointment in person or over the phone. On my last couple of visits for an in person appointment the waiting times were long (30-40 minutes past the scheduled appointment time) but the reception staff were upfront about this.

Got a same day appointment without problem. Thorough consultation with locum gp including examination. Appointment was 30 minutes late starting but that’s ok for me.

Good experience , AP dealt with my problems to my satisfaction even got to start me on a non statin medication after much discussion and risk scoring for raised cholesterol . I’d collapsed with statins in past and very ante them. AP did well as I’ve refused statins for 10 years . Feeling much better today , thankyou

I saw a nurse practitioner who was very professional and efficient showing lots of knowledge and she seemed very caring listening to me and asking relevant questions.

I rang for an appointment after lunch, expecting a telephone one, but was given a face to face meeting at 17.10 the same day with an extremely helpful lady doctor.
