Despite a delay on being seen, I was not ignored, and as always all the staff were lovely. Cheerful, friendly and helpful. I needed advice on my mental health, and the GP was very attentive and gave me some excellent advice, requesting that I got some counselling and booked a review in a month. I came away feeling reassured and that I had been listened to

The Dr gave me time to explain my health problem. Asked about further ongoing health issues . Gave good advice and also ensured my medication was helping .

Harambee surgery as always was very efficient. I was given an appointment with one of the doctors the same day. I found him to be very caring and thorough.

Had a consultation with the Dr. He listened to my issues and explained thoroughly what could be done to help and did a referral to orthopedics that day. Couldn't be happier.

Really good service ,really on the ball,no problem getting through ,so much better than my previous surgery ,Harambee are on the ball at all times, really confident in them at all times

Even though there was a short wait time,the Dr apologised immediately as he can to collect me from the waiting room and again when I sat down. My concerns were dealt with very professionally. I felt I was being listened to and it was very easy to talk to the Dr. The waiting area was spotlessly clean and there was a good selection of reading material and patient information.

I called into the surgery with a not very urgent issue, but I was given an appointment within the next 2 hours! I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor quickly identified my medical problem and advised me how to solve it. His advice was spot on and I was feeling much better within 48 hours. I couldn't have asked for better service. We are so lucky to have this great practice in our village.
