Went for a the routine appointment we both a nurse practitioner. Had a brief chat and was prescribed medication and booked in for blood tests for further routine investigation.

My appointment was scheduled as yearly health review, discussion, bloods, height, weight, blood pressure. A friendly lady practitioner/nurse, efficient and timely.

I went for a full blood count. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The practice always provides an efficient and friendly service. Never had any reason to complain.

Since it was taken over it appears chaotic, long waits for appointment, different doctors daily and the one who is there permanently nobody seems to like, however the staff who are there are brilliant, reception, pharmacy and nursing staff are great, seems to be the hierarchy that are the problem, thinking of going to another surgery, the doctor who I saw today was actually very good although she was 40 mins late arriving, she helped me and referred me on elsewhere

I turned up to my appointment. Didn't have to wait long. The doctor was polite and asked about my problem, listened and prescribed some medication. Unfortunately none of the local pharmacies stocked the medication so I called the doctors to see what could be done. The following day after speaking with a doctor at the surgery, a suitable alternative was prescribed and I went to collect at my local pharmacy. The service was excellent as far as I'm concerned.

The Receptionist was polite and pleasant, very helpful when needed second appointment. Gp was very good explaining results and gave his opinions of symptoms experienced.listened to problems and worries. My only fault was I sent a photo in of a lesion on my leg, text message to call surgery to make an appointment face to face, I did this the receptionist was lovely and said she would add this onto my already booked appointment, however this didn’t happen as no time left, I have booked another appointment for same.

Despite a very busy surgery and an hour wait for my appointment, the team couldn’t have been more helpful. The lovely receptionist came out to check that patients were okay and apologised for the wait. I’m sure the majority of patients completely understood that sometimes waiting times are out of everyone’s control, but this really helped. The GP was very good. I felt listened to, he took his time with me, he took my concern seriously, was very thorough. As an NHS healthcare worker I have an understanding of the pressures this GP will be under, but not once did this shine through. To this GP - thank you for your compassion.

Had appointment to see GP last Wednesday , the receptionist arranged an earlier appointment as she understood that I was worried .The GP could not have been nicer after examination he gave me assurance that my condition was not serious and put my mind at rest.This GP practice has some really caring people working there from the Receptionists to the Drs , thankyou everyone

The reception team were friendly and helpful when I arrived at the surgery. My appointment ran over 45 minutes but the doctor was well worth the wait. He was great at treatment and also arranged a review appointment which is exceptional.
