   Spoke to one of the partners who lied about being able to arrange an ambulance to transport a patient via GP referral route, instead incorrectly advised me to contact 999 an already pressurised emergency service and telling them he said they need to transport patient. Very uncaring towards elderly patients

   Had a thorough asthma review with helpful recommendations and then had my cervical smear with same excellent nurse. The smear is not fun but the nurse treated me with compassion and was efficient and I experienced the least amount of discomfort ever! Also completely on time and out in minutes. Very grateful for excellent treatment!
