Just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you for accommodating me yesterday and arranging my B12 jab so quickly. As alway the support is great. I know we are all very quick to complain but very rarely say thank you. Knowing friends, family and colleagues experience of their doctors, I know how very lucky we are and we can always really on your help and support. Thank you

I’ve been with many practices from living in different parts of the midlands and I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve ever had by far. Their service is highly efficient. I completely trust their staff and I know if I need an emergency appointment I will get one. Access to GP’s for same day appointments is brilliant and I think their telephone call first is so useful so I don’t waste a trip if not needed. Their care for children is above and beyond. When I tell my family about their service, they can’t believe it’s possible as their GP surgeries come no where close to what is provided at hannage.

Needed anti biotics urgently same day, as advised by pharmacist. This was for infected wasp sting; GP tele consultation thorough and got script to chemist before it closed. Thankyou.

I recently went for my first smear test at Hannage Brook, and from start to finish the whole process was completed in the most positive way. I received communications the day of the appointment confirming attendance, and mentioned it was my first test and I was a little nervous. The reply was full of reassurance and even options to move to an earlier time. Within the appointment itself, everything was so clearly explained in a way that was easy to think through, with lots of space for questions and checking my understanding. My nurse was so calming, chatting about dog walks to make sure I was okay, and talked me through exactly what was happening. When we have the option for prevention of cancer through a quick smear test, it is so saddening there are people who are made to feel worried, scared, or less than, for their potentially life saving appointment. I only wish that everyone had access to such a brilliant, supportive GP surgerh where you are made to feel listened to everytime - thank you so much!

All the staff at Hannage Brook have been responsive, caring and professional and I have always felt that I have been listened to and involved in a partnership in the management of my care and treatments. I highly recommend this surgery and am sad to move, having enjoyed 10 years of excellent care, and I am truly grateful to the GPS and all the staff for their excellent service. Thank you all.

I recently required referral and treatment at the acute hospital. My GP was hugely supportive, taking time to get appointments and diagnostics expedited where appropriate. I am very grateful for the kindness and support she provided during a difficult time for me.

After waiting 3 weeks to see a practice nurse I wa told I couldn't have the blood tests I needed because it was Friday! Would have been better to give me an appropriate appointment (hopefully not a 3 week wait) and not waste an appointment when so many people are waiting a lo g time for one.
