Filled in klinik request early evening, had all back 8.30am with appointment for 9.50am with doctor, prescribed medication with GP walk-in for X-rays at Macclesfield hospital.Attended the hospital the following morning for X-rays i,in and out within 20 minutes fantastic service.

The service offered from this practice is second to none! After submitting a form online, I quickly received a triage phone call from the doctor who listened to my symptoms and acted accordingly! I got medication the same day and a txt with results a few days later! After discussing this with friends they were amazed at the service compared to experiences they have had with their practices! This was not a one off as I have consistently had great experiences over the past few years when I have required appointments etc. I appreciate being registered to such a quick acting, effective practice!

My husband and I went for are flu vaccination today, I must say I was dreading it and felt really apprehensive , but no problem in and out in less than 15 minutes Very well organised,, what an amazing team, all helpful efficient and friendly, thank you and well done, you are much appreciated.

I had an urgent telephone appointment this morning, just after 10am. Was told by the HCA that she would get a Dr to send a script to my usual pharmacy. It was for medication for excruciating pain. I went into Well pharmacies (the one on Wilmslow Road and the one next to the surgery) just after 4pm. No prescription. Went into the surgery. The HCA had requested the prescription but the Duty Dr hadn’t “done it”!! This is the trouble with telephone consultations. At least during a face to face consultation, the prescription can be put in your hand or at the very least, you can see it being sent electronically. Another 24 hours of suffering, at least

I requested a telephone appointment online, describing my symptoms at the same time. About an hour later I got a phone call asking if I could come in that morning. The GP examined me, and referred me to Macc hospital by phoning them when I was there. Latrer in the day, after several tests, I was diagosed with a serious condition. A massive thank you to everyone who got me seen and diagnosed so quickly - your care prevented possibly serious consequences.

I've worked in healthcare myself for 23 years and know that the NHS has been crippled the last few years, but I've been really disappointed with previous GP systems which made them really inaccessible and hard to engage with. I moved to this practice recently and have been repeatedly amazed at how helpful, diligent, caring and accessible they are. Everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and GP's are unfailingly helpful and conscientious. They make it easy to contact them (24/7 form online). They contact you immediately and offer face to face wherever necessary. They take time with your appointment and refer you to specialists if needed. The level of care I've experienced has been second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them. What a fantastic practice working in such difficult circumstances. They're a credit to the NHS and a shining example to other GP practices

Thank you for your very kind and positive feedback, which is much appreciated by the team at this time, when we are experiencing so much abuse and negativity. We continue to work hard to meet patient expectations despite the ongoing issues with covid infections amongst staff and inability to recruit to vacant posts. This will lift the spirits of everyone at the practice. Thank you again.
