Clean, friendly, punctual and efficient. What more do you want from your GP surgery. I was seen a few minutes before my actual appointment time. The nurse was friendly and welcoming and informed me about another vaccine I could get and made an appointment for me on the spot. I'm impressed and very happy to have such a good surgery with very competent staff.

Staff friendly and efficient as always. Appointment was on time as usual. Never had bad service from this practice.

The lady who did my my ECG was very patient she explained to me the procedure . She asked for assistance to help me on th table. She varied out the procedure very professionally.

My appointment was on the telephone about statins but was given the opportunity to discuss other matters relating to medication which was very informative

I was always told my cholesterol was high but the doctor explained to me how it is worked out and I was very pleased to find that it is not high.

I came for a blood test which I have to have every 3 months. As usual I was nervous as I do not like needles . The lady who did the test was very reassuring and we chatted. She made it an easier experience for me.

Convenient, friendly, I always feel assured and listened to. Every doctor, nurse and administrator cares about me and nags me about my health in the best possible way.
